Online Fitness sessions
Weekly online group fitness sessions every week throughout the year, catering for all levels of ability
from complete beginner through to advanced athlete.
You can train outside or indoors during the online session and get your Family and Friends involved too.
The online fitness sessions are for 1 hour and include a warm-up, main training element
and a warm down to ensure you are ready for the full functional fitness training session
and to help reduce the risk of injury along with keeping you thriving over surviving each day of your week!
All abilities are accommodated with the unique Performance To Summit bib colour system
starting at Green for Beginners, Purple for Intermediate and Orange for Advanced.
Each participant no matter what their bib colour will train together at the same time to their own level
of ability, all performing the same exercises and following the magic formula of;
5) GO AS FAR AS YOU CAN, THEN GO A LITTLE FURTHER!
Your are supported, encouraged and continuously coached to improve your fitness and personal performance.
