The Health & Wellbeing workshops cover a wide range of key and fascinating subjects that empower the participant from easy-to-implement practises to a progressive approach over a 12 week period, in order to completely enhance their quality of life in a sustainable and enjoyable way. All information provided is based on over 25 years of experience and expertise within Sports Science & Sports Medicine, Herbal Medicine, Military Combat Medic, and Military Physical Training Instruction.’

Personalised health, fitness, training and wellbeing programme and support
(This workshop as the final stage looks at the individual and what their requirements, needs and wants are. If the individual wants a tailored programme, then the tailored package price depends on what level of support the individual chooses. This can range from daily interaction including 1-2-1 fitness sessions, advice on aspects within health, wellbeing, fitness and training, to a weekly interaction or even simply designing a training programme and guidance on hydration, nutrition, sleep best practices.)
